TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a commission you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The first half of the payments must be made via PayPal; upfront before work begins.

I will start working on the commission once the payment is received.

Deadline, if desired, has to be communicated and agreed on before the initial quote.

Commissioners will receive a print/photo of the sketch stage and have the ability to add critique and decide to continue with that sketch or change it. This kind o revision is only able to be done before being approved. Lineart will also be shown to the commissioner, just to show how the progress is going. The commissioner has the right to do 2 small edits before the commission is done. After that, any change will be charged extra.

Changes, after the commission is complete, are subject to an additional fee.

The commission only will be delivered once the full payment is done.

The final product is strictly for personal use.

You aren’t allowed to sell or exchange my art in any form, physically or digitally, print or NFT.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the created artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use, show, and sell created art (as long it doesn’t belong to your original character) in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.

Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit to an author is included.

You may not delete the watermark.

I reserve the right to not accept your commission order without any reason or explanation.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time at which a full refund will be issued.

Commissions will take me around 1-3 weeks to complete, it all depends on how busy I am or the complexity of the order. I’ll notify you if I believe I’ll take longer.

My art style is a lil inconsistent but please make sure to specify yor character’s facial structures (sending irl references etc), I dislike my drawings having same-face syndrome.

I cannot stress this enough, when I show you the final products please shower me with compliments. I am an attention slut, so when I gain even a lil bit of validation it really brightens my day.
